NORTH PASADENA HEIGHTS NEIGHBORHOOD, CA

The North Pasadena Heights District extends along Whitefield, Casa Grande, Mountain, Loma Vista, and Paloma Street from N. Hill Avenue on the west to N. Allen Avenue on the east. North Pasadena Heights contains 393 parcels, most of which were platted in 1905 as part of the Pasadena Heights Subdivision.

The landmark district occupies approximately 40% of the Pasadena Heights Subdivision.  The name North Pasadena Heights was chosen as the name of the neighborhood association in this area because this district is in the northerly portion of the historic Pasadena Heights subdivision.
