SOUTHEAST PASADENA

Southeast Pasadena is a section of that encompasses a very wide diversity of neighborhoods, ranging from urban business districts such as the South Lake neighborhood, to large luxury estates that are found in the Oak Knoll neighborhood.

Due to the high concentration of condominiums and apartments that are located within some sections of southeast Pasadena, this area of the city is more densly populated than the density average for the entire city. Most condos and apartments are located in the South Lake District, many which are new construction high end, modern buildings.

The Langham Huntington Hotel, as well as many renowned luxury estates, are located in the Oak Knoll neighborhood in southeast Pasadena.
