Tujunga
Located just west of La Crescenta and east of Sunland within the Crescenta Valley, Tujunga is a suburban city that experienced the greatest amount of development in the 1950’s. Situated amongst the foothills of the San Gabriel mountains, Tujunga is partly known for it’s picturesque hiking and equestrian trails, especially among the Big Tujunga and Little Tujunga Canyons, which also both provide wonderful scenic drives.
Tujunga primarily offers affordable, moderate sized single family detached homes. In addition, gated communities have been developed starting at the turn of the century in 2000, in the northern reaches of Tujunga. Many of these new luxury homes have been built as contemporary Mediterranean 4 bedrooms +, offering the opportunity to own luxury homes for a much lower price point than most other luxury homes throughout Los Angeles.
